Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing EverAmp. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a two-year limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from everamppower.com.

1. Warranty Period

EverAmp UPS products are covered by a two-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and under the operating conditions described in the product manual.

If an eligible product is confirmed to have a covered defect during the warranty period, EverAmp may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent product; or
  • Provide another appropriate remedy when repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Any repaired or replacement product will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage;
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the product manual;
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or alteration;
  • Damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, power surges beyond the product’s rated protection, or other external causes;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation;
  • Normal wear and tear or expected battery capacity reduction resulting from regular use and aging;
  • Damage caused by incompatible equipment, accessories, cables, or power sources;
  • Products with removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers or identification labels;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase;
  • Loss of data, loss of use, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before returning a product, please contact EverAmp Customer Support at support@everamppower.com.

To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The product model and serial number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Photos or videos showing the issue, when requested; and
  • Any troubleshooting information requested by our support team.

Please do not return a product without prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect covered by this warranty, EverAmp will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Warranty Service

EverAmp may require reasonable troubleshooting or testing before approving a repair or replacement.

Replacement products may be new or professionally inspected products of equivalent function and value. If the original model is unavailable, EverAmp may provide a comparable replacement.

Warranty service is available only in regions to which EverAmp officially sells and ships products through everamppower.com, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverAmp is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, including loss of data or interruption of business or personal activities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable law.
