Backup time depends on the total power consumption of the connected devices. A lighter load provides a longer runtime, while devices operating near the UPS maximum output will use the available battery capacity more quickly. For the best estimate, add together the wattage of all connected equipment and refer to the runtime information in the product manual.

When the UPS is connected to a compatible NAS, desktop computer, or laptop by USB and the required power-management settings are configured, it can communicate power and battery status to the connected system. During an extended outage, a compatible system can initiate a controlled shutdown before the UPS battery is depleted, helping reduce the risk of data loss or file corruption. Compatibility may vary by device and operating system, so please refer to the product manual for setup instructions.

The LCD provides at-a-glance operating information such as input and output status, connected load, battery capacity, and operating mode. Displayed information may vary according to the current power condition and UPS status.

Yes. When stable utility power returns within the acceptable operating range, the UPS automatically switches the connected equipment back to utility power and begins recharging its internal battery.

The audible alarm can be muted using the control button described in the product manual. Important low-battery, overload, or fault warnings may continue or sound again to alert you that action is required.

EverAmp uses long-lasting LiFePO₄ battery technology designed to provide years of reliable service under normal operating conditions. The internal battery is not intended to be replaced directly by the user. If battery service is required, please contact EverAmp Support for guidance.

For reliable operation, connect the UPS directly to a properly grounded wall outlet. Avoid connecting it through an extension cord, power strip, or external surge protector, as this may affect grounding, power detection, or normal UPS operation.

The UPS is designed primarily for computers, NAS systems, routers, modems, workstations, and other compatible electronic equipment. Refrigerators, microwave ovens, and appliances with motors or heating elements can have high startup or operating power requirements and are not recommended.

These devices may draw high operating or startup power and can overload the UPS. Do not connect laser printers, space heaters, sump pumps, paper shredders, or similar high-power equipment unless their electrical requirements have been confirmed as compatible.

The UPS may sound an overload alarm and, depending on the severity or duration of the overload, may disconnect its output to protect the unit and connected equipment. Remove nonessential devices and keep the total load within the rated output shown in the product specifications.
